Program features:
  • A virtual learning community with a 1/2 day kick-off followed by (6) monthly Zoom video sessions
  • Both self-directed and facilitator led learning 
  • Professional and peer coaching
  • Small, intimate learning group size
  • A time commitment equivalent to a 4-day conference spread over 7 months, all of which can be done from the convenience of your office
  • Option to add (3) individual coaching sessions with the CCC Coach Facilitator following the end of the cohort program (additional cost of $1,000)
