Led by Francine Crystal, President, and Kande McDonald, Vice President, the team brings a variety of styles and tools to address individual and organizational challenges. Each team member offers unique perspectives, expanded options, and a pathway for clients to reach their desired future state. We collaborate with seasoned leadership and organization development consultants who share our commitment to delivering customized services and provide complementary skills and expertise. CCC Consultants are located around the country, offering services through audio and video-conferencing as well as in-person, based on what is most effective and efficient for a particular client's situation.
