Vicky is a certified executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant with over 20 years’ experience supporting the success of mission-driven senior leaders. She has worked extensively in the higher education sector, including a nine-year stint as an internal coach and consultant at Harvard University. She is most at home in complex operating environments that combine a high values orientation with the urgency for continuous improvement and the challenges of disruptive innovation. Grounded in systems thinking and organizational learning theory, her coaching approach blends reflective inquiry with pragmatic, evidence-based tools and practices that help her clients bring their best work forward. Through her education and experience in the visual and performing arts and arts administration Vicky developed an appreciation for the importance of creativity as an essential component of leadership; she brings that to her coaching work as well.
She holds a Masters degree in Arts Administration from Lesley University and a Bachelors in Art History from George Washington University. Certifications: Coaching certifications earned through the Co-active Training Institute and the International Coach Federation; Leadership assessment certifications include the Leadership Circle Profile, Leadership Agility 360, and the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis. |
