I am a coach, facilitator and trainer who works with individuals and teams to help them better understand themselves so they can improve their work. As a coach, I bring compassionate candor to help clients gain clarity on what matters most. I love working with leaders who are looking to rehumanize the workplace and improve the positive impact of their leadership.  As a trainer and facilitator, I bring energy and engagement while helping people transform complex topics into actionable next steps.
 
I am a trained mediator with ten years of experience working in higher education administration, overseeing student conduct and sexual harassment policies and resolution processes. Additionally, I have ten years of experience in marketing and client services for technology companies.
 
Most satisfying work
Throughout my career, I found purpose and enjoyment in facilitating difficult conversations that encouraged self-reflection and identity development and training professionals to leverage conflict resolutions skills to develop the strength and capability of others. I’m most energized by clients who prioritize developing their greatest resource, their people. 
 
Frequently used theories and tools
My mediation training and experience with restorative practices have really shaped how I listen to coaching clients and how I facilitate team engagements.
I’m also influenced by theories of human development and tools that help us better understand why we’re stuck, such as Immunity to Change, Polarities and the variety of tools that help us take another perspective.
